Refund & Cancellation Policy

MediaStockAlert LLC ("we," "us," or "our") wants you to be satisfied with our services. This policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued and how cancellations work for our subscription-based products.
1. Digital Service
MediaStockAlert products are digital SaaS platforms delivered through the web. Access is granted immediately upon successful payment. No physical goods are shipped.
2. Refund Eligibility
Within 7 Days of First Purchase
If you are a new subscriber and are not satisfied with our service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase. This applies only to your first subscription period.
After 7 Days
After the initial 7-day period, all subscription charges are non-refundable. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Renewal Charges
Recurring charges (monthly or annual) are non-refundable. If you do not wish to be charged for the next billing period, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the eligible period:
- Email us at support@mediastockalert.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include your account email and the date of purchase
- We will process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days
4. Refund Method
All refunds are processed through Stripe and returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
5. Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Account termination due to violation of our Terms of Service
- Failure to cancel before a renewal date
- Requests made outside the 7-day eligibility window
- Chargebacks filed without first contacting our support team
6. How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time through any of the following methods:
- Account Dashboard — Go to Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription
- Email — Send a cancellation request to support@mediastockalert.com
7. What Happens When You Cancel
- Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period
- You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
- You retain full access to all features until your subscription expires
- No partial refunds are issued for unused time in the current billing period
8. Cancellation Timing
To avoid being charged for the next billing period, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date. If you cancel after your renewal date, the charge for that period is non-refundable, but you will retain access through the end of that billing period.
9. Data After Cancellation
After your subscription expires:
- Your account data will be retained for 90 days
- You can reactivate your account within 90 days to restore all data
- After 90 days, your data may be permanently deleted
- You may request immediate data deletion at any time by contacting support
10. Service Credits
In cases where a refund is not applicable, we may at our discretion offer service credits toward future billing periods. Service credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
